Refund policy

  • Eligibility: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-refundable Items

  • Certain items, such as limited editions, final sale items, and gift cards, cannot be returned.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at cs@claymoreoutdoor.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Shipping Instructions: Please note that return shipping costs for change of mind returns are at your own expense and return labels will not be provided. If you are eligible for a pre-paid return shipping label, we will send it to you along with instructions on where to drop off your package.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, you'll be automatically refunded the amount to your original method of payment. 

  • Processing Time: You will receive the credit within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at cs@claymoreoutdoor.com. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damage and are within the warranty period. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at cs@claymoreoutdoor.com with your order number and details of the defect or damage.
