WARRANTY INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS
CLAYMORE USA Inc.(“CLAYMORE”) warrants to the original consumer purchaser that its CLAYMORE® products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified.

During the limited warranty period for the product, CLAYMORE will provide parts, repair, or replace your product, at our discretion, due to any defect in materials or workmanship. We do not offer monetary reimbursement, nor is the limited warranty transferable to any third party beyond the original purchaser.
This limited warranty does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repair.
There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to Products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Under no circumstances shall CLAYMORE be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract or strict liability. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
This CLAYMORE warranty coverage does not, under any circumstances, cover any damage to non-CLAYMORE products used in conjunction with CLAYMORE products.
CLAYMORE's total liability for any loss or damage, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
